A different party bug? And can't login

First off I've been playing all day today. I dced during a Pq. After relogging I discovered, I was still in a party but in the party box I wasn't. Couldn't leave, couldn't make a new one. So I relogged again. This time I wasn't in a party but still, couldn't create a new one. After one more relog I got stuck, so I used the Unstucker on the site. So finally I try one last time and now get booted at the character selection screen every time with "Unable to conect to the Game Server"

Edit: Ok so I figured outthe login problems. I'm just stuck and have to wait till restart x].
