A few suggestions [:

1.) Have an all in one npc seller. I know that there is the @shop and @fmnpc command but there should just be one command that contains numerous resources  like pots, weapons, equips, scrolls, job advancer, warper, and stylist instead of it being scattered. If not it would be nice to have a command to open the weapon, equip, and scroll shop. (:

2.) Naricain's Demon Elixir could be an option for a buff instead of the onyx apple :] but apples are still nice; makes things a little more challening? Lol. (:

3.) People have said there should be more maps for hh and stuff but I am not sure if anyone has actually said to just have these monsters in the fm room. Each fm room can have different monsters in them (headless horseman, skelegons, mushmom, big foot, black crow...and just any other monsters that people would like a lot more of).

4.) When GM's are picked it would be nice to have GM's of different time zones that can hold events because from what I've experienced from different servers there are a few GM's but most are on only at one specific time.

5.) If possible, it would also be nice to have nx items from newer versions of ms but still have this be a v.83 server.

These are just things that I think would make the server amazing. Even though it already stands out with ACTUAL WORKING RINGS! If anything though I think the all in one npc seller would be very nice <3. Makes things simpler for the gamers . That's all thanks for reading and sorry if these were already suggested in the game!
